Her Shiatsu journey began in 2014 at the Shiatsu College Hastings, where she graduated in 2017 as the youngest practitioner in her cohort. Kim E. Reid is a Florida licensed acupuncturist, having graduated from The Atlantic Institute for Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine. She is also licensed to practice Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy in the state of Florida.
In addition to her years of standard clinical experience, Kim was lucky enough to be chosen to practice Acupuncture internationally while working for Carnival Cruise Lines and Holland American Cruise Lines. "The most amazing thing about working on the ships, was that I was able to treat a wide variety of diseases. Just by the diverse nature of the guests on-board, I saw patients from all walks of life who sought my services for diabetes, fibromyalgia, erectile dysfunction, shoulder pain, low back pain, restless leg syndrome, stress and anxiety and much more."

Geoff was born in Manchester and attended the Altrincham Grammar School. He went on to study Pharmacology at the University of Leeds. An interest in yoga, meditation and taiji lead him to learn spiritual healing with the Beta Healing Group. They offered spiritual healing to the community in Manchester. In 2005 he went on to study Acupuncture and Chinese Massage at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading. He graduated in 2009 with a Licentiate in Acupuncture and a BSc (Hons) Degree in Acupuncture. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and abide by the Code of Safe Practice and Code of Professional Conduct. He is commited to continual professional development. I have received postgraduate training in obstetric acupuncture with Jani White, moxibustion and Chinese massage, Sonar Expansion Healing with Ryan Greenwood and leadership with Mary Madhavi.
