A Sarasota resident since 1996 Ms. Bociek had suffered for years from disabling pain and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. After exhausting Western medical treatment she turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. She has since been living drug and pain free. This personal experience gives her a unique understanding of the physical, mental and financial toll an illness can take.

In 1997, seeking relief from chronic pain, he began seeing an acupuncturist and in the process found that the treatment opened doors to increased immunity, a lasting sense of well being, and emotional growth that continues to this day. After the turn of the century, he owned two retail stores that focused on health and eco-friendly home products, opened (with several partners) a café that serves organic and all-natural fare, and earned his second Master’s degree, in acupuncture, from the Tai Sophia Institute. He enjoys helping others to achieve the same benefits in acupuncture treatment that he, himself, received: reduction of pain and an increased sense of ease and well being.
