A Sarasota resident since 1996 Ms. Bociek had suffered for years from disabling pain and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. After exhausting Western medical treatment she turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. She has since been living drug and pain free. A native of Massachusetts, Kim Bociek received her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Her medical education continued at the East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota where she received her Masters degree in Oriental Medicine and is now a Board Certified Acupuncture Physician. With over 18 years of medical health industry experience she has treated a variety of disorders including pain management, arthritis, cancer, post stroke, insomnia and stress related illness.

In addition, Brent is trained and certified in Tuina, a form of Chinese massage used in conjunction with acupuncture for treating pain, and is certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Georgian Brown is a practicing Licensed Acupuncturist in WA and AZ States, she has a BS in Natural Health Science, a BS in Holistic Nutrition, a MS in Acupuncture from the Bastyr University, and is Nationally Certified by the NCCAOM - Diplomate in Acupuncture, and Certified by the Peoples Republic of China in Acupuncture, Tuina and Moxibustion. Dr. Emilia Cabrera, AP, DAOM, NCCAOM, is a devoted believer in the innate healing powers of the human body. Through holistic medicine and complementary practices, she treats patients of all ages with homeopathic remedies and natural botanical products. At her clinic Holistic Care Solutions in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, she specializes in a range of holistic care services that she tailors for each patient, such as acupuncture, counseling, far infrared therapy, cupping, and ozone therapy.

After earning a Master’s Degree from the University of Havana, Cuba, she worked for several years as a psychologist, which serves her daily as she coaches and advises patients to help them live vibrantly in mind, body, and spirit.
