Kim E. Reid is a Florida licensed acupuncturist, having graduated from The Atlantic Institute for Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine. She is also licensed to practice Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy in the state of Florida.

In addition to her years of standard clinical experience, Kim was lucky enough to be chosen to practice Acupuncture internationally while working for Carnival Cruise Lines and Holland American Cruise Lines. "The most amazing thing about working on the ships, was that I was able to treat a wide variety of diseases. Just by the diverse nature of the guests on-board, I saw patients from all walks of life who sought my services for diabetes, fibromyalgia, erectile dysfunction, shoulder pain, low back pain, restless leg syndrome, stress and anxiety and much more."

In additional to her clinical work, Kim has delivered hundreds of informational seminars helping to educate people who would otherwise never have tried Acupuncture, "my biggest reward is watching someone who walked into the seminar doubtful and afraid of acupuncture but deciding to take a chance and try it for the first time. There is no greater honor than to have someone have such trust in you and your abilities to help them heal. I have been in practice for over 16 years. I am currently practicing in Saguaro Clinic and specialize in pain relief, working with Veterans on a variety of emotional and physical health issues, elder care, cancer treatment support and fertility support. I have 40 years of experience in herbal and nutritional supplement use, including extensive training in Chinese Herbs and Homeopathic remedies.

I combine a variety of acupuncture techniques with nutritional and lifestyle counseling to support your journey to health. I use a stress reduction tool called the BioscanSRT and a cold laser for a needle-free acupuncture experience.

I also use the Bioscan MSA device, a computerized analysis measuring frequencies from acupuncture meridians on the body. A flat probe is used on the fingers and toes to obtain these readings. Since the acupuncture meridians have pathways to organs alongside the nervous system, we can use this method to reach our goal: a balanced system that responds appropriately to stress and increased health.

A reading of 50 indicates that the organ/meridan is balanced. Readings above or below 50 indicate that a chronic or inflammatory process going on with the organ/meridian. Acupuncture, whole food nutrition, homeopathics, and herbal remedies are used to bring the body into balance once again. This is a comprehensive program for health which requires a commitment to making certain lifestyle changes and regular treatment.

Kevork earned his Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA). At NESA, Kevork studied both Chinese and Japanese styles of Acupuncture, and also completed the Chinese herbal program. During his time at NESA, completed internships at the NESA school clinic in Watertown MA, and also completed externships at Dimock Community Health Center serving Boston’s urban neighborhoods with acupuncture care. He is Board Certified and licensed to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine in Rhode Island state by the Rhode Island health department. Kevork is also ( Foreign Medical Graduate ). He worked as an MD overseas for many years.
Recently he practices only Oriental medicine.
