Since I have been a massage therapist specializing in chronic pain and myofascial work for 20 years, most of my acupuncture is working with physical pain. Helen Castro earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1992. She earned a Masters of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2007. This 3 1/2 year program consisted of 2,800 hours of education and clinical practice. Helen also completed an additional 3 year apprenticeship program in Five Element Acupuncture. Dr. Réquel Lopes, AP is the owner and healing practitioner at Dragonfly Wellness in Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, FL. She earned her graduate degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the prestigious AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine, in Austin, Texas. She is a licensed acupuncture physician in the state of Florida and board certified by the National Certification of Oriental Medicine Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in Oriental Medicine. Dr. Mike is a board certified Acupuncture Physician who serves the greater Orlando area. He received his license from Florida State Board of Acupuncture and eventually earned The Master of Auricular Medicine Certificate from Dr. Li Chun Huang "The Queen of Auricular Medicine".
