Dr. Réquel Lopes, AP is the owner and healing practitioner at Dragonfly Wellness in Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, FL. She earned her graduate degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the prestigious AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine, in Austin, Texas. She is a licensed acupuncture physician in the state of Florida and board certified by the National Certification of Oriental Medicine Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in Oriental Medicine. I’m Dr. Shannon Freeman, D.Ac., L.Ac., Eastern Medicine Practitioner. I am a member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians (Ojibwe/Cree/Metis) in Belcourt, ND. My heritage and upbringing are much of why I do what I do. I first became a Certified Nursing Aide in 1992. I then became a Licensed Massage Practitioner studying under Zdenka Daucik, a European physiotherapist who incorporated specific, long-lasting, deep treatment work into her practice. I received my Eastern Medicine Practitioner License in 2013. Dr. Kimberly Burger began attending acupuncture school in 1994 and graduated from The Academy of Advanced Complimentary Medicine in 1998 with a PhD in acupuncture and homeopathic medicine. Dr. Burger received clinical hours attending an acupuncture school in Columbo, SriLanka.
