Dr. Jin has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 36 years and successfully treating thousands of patients with acupuncture and herbal medicine. She has an excellent reputation for achieving outstanding results in a variety of health issues including chronic and complex conditions. She was a medical doctor in China, worked at Yanbian Hospital for 15 years and completed doctorate program in oriental medicine and acupuncture in Yanbian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With high levels of understanding of western and eastern medicine, she is considered an expert in her field. In addition to the pain management, sinus and allergy, internal diseases, infertility, sports injuries, Dr. Jin also treats preventive health, facial rejuvenation, and stress management.

Geoff was born in Manchester and attended the Altrincham Grammar School. He went on to study Pharmacology at the University of Leeds. An interest in yoga, meditation and taiji lead him to learn spiritual healing with the Beta Healing Group. They offered spiritual healing to the community in Manchester. In 2005 he went on to study Acupuncture and Chinese Massage at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading. He graduated in 2009 with a Licentiate in Acupuncture and a BSc (Hons) Degree in Acupuncture. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and abide by the Code of Safe Practice and Code of Professional Conduct. He is commited to continual professional development. Natalie Vail is an ordained Spiritualist minister, licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, certified spiritual energy healer, psychic-medium, feng shui consultant and Birth Doula. She was born and raised in California and knew from the age of 4 that she wanted to be an alternative health care practitioner. By the time she was 8 year old, Natalie began studying energy healing and mediumship. She is certified by Harmony Grove Spiritualist Association’s Institute as a Spiritual Healer and Psychic-Medium and is ordained through Grace Spiritual Center in Encinitas, California.
Through a series of divinely orchestrated events, Natalie was led to study the ancient healing practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated from Pacific College in 2011 with a Master's of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine.
