Kim E. Reid is a Florida licensed acupuncturist, having graduated from The Atlantic Institute for Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine. She is also licensed to practice Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy in the state of Florida.
In addition to her years of standard clinical experience, Kim was lucky enough to be chosen to practice Acupuncture internationally while working for Carnival Cruise Lines and Holland American Cruise Lines. "The most amazing thing about working on the ships, was that I was able to treat a wide variety of diseases. Just by the diverse nature of the guests on-board, I saw patients from all walks of life who sought my services for diabetes, fibromyalgia, erectile dysfunction, shoulder pain, low back pain, restless leg syndrome, stress and anxiety and much more."

After graduating from Columbia University in New York City with a B.S. in Engineering and Management Systems, I worked for Ernst & Young, Thomson Financial, and other Wall Street firms as a strategy consultant and pharmaceutical compliance analyst. Marcia Nogueira, M.S., L.Ac. has been practicing acupuncture since 2004 and has been in her Thousand Oaks location for the past 7 years. She is a graduate of Samra University of Oriental Medicine where she received her Master's degree in Oriental Medicine. She completed her undergraduate education at UCLA where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology.
