My journey as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner started in 1994 when I met a monk in Taiwan who taught me about meditation, cleansing, food healing, calligraphy and Chinese health practices. For 10 years, I travelled around the world studying natural healing and classical Asian martial arts from various masters, healers and schools.
I graduated from the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in British Columbia with a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, modelled after the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine curriculum.
I’ve been in clinic practice for over 10 years in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. I am a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioners and Acupuncturists in Ontario under the following number: 2807. I currently see patients at The Village Clinic in Westboro.
I teach weekly Qigong and Chen Style Tai Chi classes at Aylmer Qigong and Tai Chi and I hold regular at workshops, lectures, webinars and events on health and well-being.
I also lecture and write on child developmental psychology and behaviour using traditional Chinese medicine. I am the author of the book Democratic Parenting and the creator of The ADHD Transformation Program.

Dr. Mike is a board certified Acupuncture Physician who serves the greater Orlando area. He received his license from Florida State Board of Acupuncture and eventually earned The Master of Auricular Medicine Certificate from Dr. Li Chun Huang "The Queen of Auricular Medicine". He's been helping Orlando residents with acute and chronic pain and stress related health problems since 2006. David Foster is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in the treatment of neurological and autoimmune conditions. He earned his Master's degree from Pacific College in 2013, apprenticed for two years under Dr. Frank Butler, studying “Zheng Gui Tui Na” massage, then an additional year with Dr. Clayton Shiu, studying the “Xing Nao Kai Qiao” technique to treat cerebrovascular disorders. Most recently he completed Botanical Biohacking’s Microbiome Mastery course. David holds a black belt in shorin ry’u karate and spent 15 years doing stand-up comedy. Dr. Sarah Poulin, DACM, L.Ac., Dipl.OM is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Connecticut as well as a board-certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl.OM) from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is an alumna of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in San Diego, California, where she received her Master's of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine as well as her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Poulin has completed an intensive internship program at the Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the Beijing Massage Hospital while pursuing her Master’s degree.

Lisa Blake practices using both Chinese and Japanese style acupuncture as well as Chinese Herbs. She received her Masters of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture and is nationally Board certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Lisa is also certified in Auricular Acupuncture through the Auriculotherapy Certification Institute, Inc. Lisa studied Biology and Chemistry to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and also has a Master of Business Administration from Averett University.
Prior to attending acupuncture school Lisa worked for almost 20 years in the Federal Reserve System, and during that time realized that she wanted to spend her time working in a profession that could touch more people’s lives in a way that they could really appreciate. Then through her own health challenges she discovered acupuncture and the rest is history. Lisa’s health journey has given her great insight into how people can feel when there is a health challenge and can no longer do the things they love to do. She believes that the human body is truly amazing and has the innate intelligence to heal itself when it is gently brought into balance and given the proper nutrients and movement.

Autumn graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College with a Masters of Oriental Medicine. She is certified as a Diplomate of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, as well as a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Colorado and a member of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado. She is also a Nationally Certified Chinese Herbalist. Autumn is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine along with the Balance Method taught by Dr. Richard Tan, which is very effective in treating pain. Her training included more than 3,000 hours of education and over 1,000 hours of clinical practice.
Autumn also studied in China and received a certificate from the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Hospital located in Harbin, China. She studied in inpatient and outpatient departments such as Pediatric, OB/GYN, Rehabilitation, Orthopedic, Dermatology, Tuina, Cardiovascular and Neurology.
Autumn chose acupuncture because she values treating the body as a whole, treating each patient as an individual and treating the root of her patient’s problems. She strongly believes in the benefit of preventative medicine and the importance of keeping her patients in balance.
