I am here to provide a comfortable, safe and peaceful health environment that will facilitate beneficial treatment outcomes appropriate to your health goals.
My approach is to create a professional relationship between myself and the patient that allows us to talk about what is showing up, how this can be different and what steps we can take to get there.
I believe that improving our quality of life as we choose can be filled with joy through healthy change.

At Thrive we discover the root cause of your illness and provide natural remedies to restore health and quality of life.
I was exposed to Chinese Medicine and Designed Clinical Nutrition as a teenager, after being advised by a number of Western Medical Specialist to no longer play sports because of debilitating knee pain. The orthopedic doctor actually told me to become a “couch potato”. The experience and success of the treatment changed the way I viewed medicine forever, and after receiving my bachelors of science in Biology, I went in to receive my masters from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
I continued my education in China, being fortunate to study from doctors with over 50 years of experience. They took many aspects into consideration before treatment would start. The first thing they looked at was the diet and nutrition then the function of the body as a whole including the digestive system, hormone system, nervous system, cardiovascular system, to name a few.
