In 2002, Phil realised that there were strong correlations with the underlying health problems of his patients and the pre-existing surgical or accidental scar tissue elsewhere on the patient’s body. This scarring would cross meridians which clearly demonstrated a solid link to their overall lack of health, some refer to this as Sho. Consequently, Phil discovered and developed a range of techniques using the “Yanagishita” teishin, a gold teishin, or Shi Zhen which is mentioned in the Miraculous Pivot & the Suwen, it is one of the 9 classical needles.
As a result, this amazing technique quickly reduces any form of scar tissue, including keloids, from a severe hindrance of reduced conductivity to enabling the free flow of Ki, so that the scarred skin more closely resembled the surrounding skin tissue reverting to it’s natural skin colour. The damaged tissue was revitalised in the affected area and had regained the lost tactile sensations and reduced the size and malformation of the damaged site.This resulted in a workshop presentation at the 2007 AACMAC in Brisbane.

Jill Moran grew up in Toronto, and later earned an Honours Degree in Bio-Medical Science from the University of Guelph. After graduation she headed west where she attended the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, completing a 5 year degree in Diploma of Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. To better her understanding in both the culture and the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine Jill has traveled to Harbin, China where she completed an internship at the #1 Hospital of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hei Long Jiang Province. While there she obtained 583 hours of additional clinic experience in Acupuncture, Tuina Massage, and Chinese Herbal Medicine. It was while in China that she found her passion for both neuro-muscular conditions such as stroke, migraine, paralysis and pain, and women’s health. With great fortune Jill completed a rotation in the gynecology department where she gained valuable knowledge in dealing primarily with issues related to pregnancy and birth preparation.
Jill spent her youth and young adulthood playing competitive sports including downhill racing and lacrosse for her varisty university team. From these experiences she has a great understanding of the body, its movements and strain and stress the body endures that might result in injury and muscle fatigue. Jill has been practicing on the Westshore for two years at Mandala Center for Health and Wellness and more recently has joined Pure Ellements Wellness.
Jill has continued her studies in Chinese Medicine by acquiring certifications in Ear Acupuncture (NADA), Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture with Virginia Doran, Sports Medicine Acupuncture with Matt Callison, and is currently working her way towards her certification in Fellowship of American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM) having already completed several courses with the likes of Jane Lyttleton, Debra Betts. Jill has also found recent enjoyment in teaching TCM courses at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC.

Marcelle is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in the State of California. She graduated from Yo San University (Los Angeles, CA) in 2015 with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is currently enrolled at Yo San to complete her Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Since 2001 Marcelle has been a professional bodyworker, beginning as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) she spent the better part of a decade working in some of Southern California's premiere spas and wellness centers, and had the privilege of teaching Swedish massage for three years. She also studied a variety of vibrational healing techniques such as Reiki and Medical QiGong. Marcelle's background in bodywork and massage pairs well with acupuncture, and she is very experienced in a variety of techniques to help you stop chasing pain. Her treatments specialize in pain management, herbal medicine, and cosmetic acupuncture.

Marcelle is a self-proclaimed "plant nerd" and enjoys hiking, camping, and teaching people about the plants around them. She is a Leo, a metal Rooster, and a cat person.

Is a native Coloradoan and has lived in the Southwest coner of Denver for the last 25 years. He studied Molecular Biology and Physics at Colorado State University and Metropolitan State College of Denver receiving a Bachelor of Science. Paul has also obtained his teaching license from MetropolitanState College of Denver and has taught in Englewood, Aurora and Denver Public Schools.

Paul earned his Masters of Acupuncture from Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is continuing his education and training in acupuncture from one of the most prominet acupuncturist of Colorado; who has treated over 80,000 patients and developed an effective and consistent system for diagnosising and treating a wide varity of illnesses and diseases. Paul continues to train with him regualrly.

As a member of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado and the National Certification Comission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Paul attends classes on nutrition, new techniques and board certified lectures.
