At East Bridge Wellness, we have created an innovative center for healing using acupuncture and massage and other modalities. After years of collaboration, we have developed an intuitive ability to work together, not only with each other but with our patients. With our team of experienced and talented practitioners, our goal is to reach out to people in the Portland community and make a positive impact on their quality of life through health and wellbeing.

Natalie Vail is an ordained Spiritualist minister, licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, certified spiritual energy healer, psychic-medium, feng shui consultant and Birth Doula. She was born and raised in California and knew from the age of 4 that she wanted to be an alternative health care practitioner. By the time she was 8 year old, Natalie began studying energy healing and mediumship. She is certified by Harmony Grove Spiritualist Association’s Institute as a Spiritual Healer and Psychic-Medium and is ordained through Grace Spiritual Center in Encinitas, California.

Through a series of divinely orchestrated events, Natalie was led to study the ancient healing practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated from Pacific College in 2011 with a Master's of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. She is licensed by the State of California as well as an NCCAOM Diplomate of Oriental Medicine and is currently finishing her Doctorate.

Before beginning her studies of Chinese Medicine, Natalie graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California Berkeley with a degree in Anthropology and a minor in Music.

Natalie uses her healing and intuitive gifts in her everyday life and is committed to her own spiritual development. She views her role as a Healer to be an integral part of her life’s purpose and believes that every person possesses the innate ability to heal. Her vision is to be a facilitator who empowers and motivates people towards wellness in every aspect of their being.

Maegan utilizes herbs & acupuncture to address acute and chronic conditions – from colds and flus to Lyme disease and autoimmune conditions. She is skilled in supporting individuals with issues with digestion, circulation, women’s health, allergies, chronic pain and beyond. She seeks to address all aspects of the individual, and particularly enjoys educating others about lifestyle choices that impact our health, and working with patients within the mental-emotional realm. Maegan also places heavy emphasis on herbal remedies, as she believes the condition of modern life leaves most patients in a depleted state requiring supplementation and nourishment.

Boca Raton Acupuncture Clinic is led by Dr. Li Zheng and Dr. Changhong Zhou, two acupuncturists who received their training from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, the most prestigious school for traditional Chinese medicine in China. They received PhDs in biomedical sciences from the Medical College of Ohio and were post-doctoral fellows in the Harvard Medical School system. In addition, Dr. Zhou and Zheng apprenticed with Dr. Shaoqin Zhao, a world-recognized practitioner of Chinese medicine. Dr. Zhou has more than 30 years of experience to treat pain, infertility, Acid Reflux. stroke, and AF.

At Acupuncture Pain and Stress Center, my goal is to give you effective perceivable results. I will employ different acupuncture and bodywork techniques depending on the health issues you face. Acupuncture treatments range from a spa-like soothing experience to something comparable to a tissue massage. I will choose the techniques I employ based on your illness or injury and your mindset. The whole goal is to provide lasting relief you can feel.
