I was shaped by family, community, and wise Jegna's who insisted on integrity and results. Losing my sister young showed me what happens when care chases symptoms instead of terrain. In my clinic we intervene early, before a molehill becomes a mountain, and we pair nature with science so progress is real and measurable.

Radiant Light Acupuncture was founded by Kathleen Stoneman to provide a tranquil and empowering atmosphere for transformation and healing of physical, mental, emotional and energetic issues.
All services at Radiant Light Acupuncture are provided by Kathleen Stoneman, a highly trained and nationally board certified acupuncturist and herbalist. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine with a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and Bachelor of Science in Nutrition in 2006. Her training includes a foreign internship at Guangzhou University in China. Kathleen has continued to enhance her skills and knowledge through ongoing training with Kiiko Matsumoto, David Euler, Richard Tan, Dr. Shi Xue Min, Debra Betts and more.

Our husband and wife dynamic duo have been practicing Traditional Chinese medicine, herbal medicine and acupuncture since 2001. The couple has been voted Best of Boise and Top Doc of Eagle many years in a row. They treat all difficult, chronic, illnesses, pain, injury and women’s health including: infertility, miscarriage, hormonal imbalances, menopausal challenges & any and all pain syndromes. Both of the happily married couple taught graduate students at their alma mater, Pacific College of Oriental Medicine now known as Pacific College of Health Science in San Diego in a variety of classes and Mrs. Burris was the first person to be honored by their alma mater as as success in the field of TCM and acupuncture .

Shannon Caperton, L.Ac was inspired to become an acupuncturist after witnessing the power of this type of medicine. It improved the health of family members struggling with health issues and who were bereft of relief using standard medical care.
She attended graduate school at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago where she earned her Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine. During her time in Chicago she was privileged to work in underserved communities at the Project Vida clinic in the Little Villages neighborhood on the city’s west side, as well as at Chicago Women's Health Center. In addition to these experiences, she worked extensively in the school’s student clinic, which prepared her for working with a diverse population and gave her the experience to treat a wide variety of disorders.
