She got a Master's of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine, completed in 2020. She is a Diplomate of Acupuncture through the NCCAOM and a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Michigan. Margaret Reiland holds a Bachelors of Nutrition and a Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine (Chicago, IL/Racine WI). She is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Illinois. She has studied animal shiatsu in the United Kingdom, as well as studying with Diana Thompson, author of Acupuncture Point Charts for Horses.
