My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kyung-Hee University in Korea. I have also taught yoga, qi-gong, healing, and meditation in both Korea and the USA. Following in my family's footsteps, I pursued a career in acupuncture and studied Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at South Baylo University in California. Gloria has a degree in Acupuncture from the Oxford Brookes University in England and practiced there for 7 years before moving to the U.S. in 2009. She now has 2 clinics in NC in Asheville and Hendersonville. Her passion is to bring healing to everyone regardless of their financial circumstances. Dr. Calli Wang is a Diplomate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine of NCCAOM, National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is a licensed acupuncturist in Texas and Missouri, and is one of the youngest experts of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture in the United States. She completed her fist degree in Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at ShanXi Medical University, China. Believing she needed further Western Medicine knowledge and skills to better assist her patients she received her M.D. at ShanXi Medical University, China.

My journey as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner started in 1994 when I met a monk in Taiwan who taught me about meditation, cleansing, food healing, calligraphy and Chinese health practices. For 10 years, I travelled around the world studying natural healing and classical Asian martial arts from various masters, healers and schools.
I graduated from the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in British Columbia with a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, modelled after the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine curriculum.
I’ve been in clinic practice for over 10 years in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. I am a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioners and Acupuncturists in Ontario under the following number: 2807.
I used to teach weekly Qigong and Chen Style Tai Chi classes at Aylmer Qigong and Tai Chi and I hold regular at workshops, lectures, webinars and events on health and well-being.
