With nearly three decades of experience, Cynthia Chamberlain, L.Ac., Dipl.Ac, Dipl.CH, is a highly skilled acupuncturist in Overland Park, KS and a dedicated practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. She combines ancient healing techniques with a modern approach to holistic wellness, helping patients address the root causes of their health concerns for long-term relief and balance.

Cynthia specializes in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and other TCM therapies such as Qi Gong and Shiatsu bodywork. Her treatments are designed to enhance circulation, alleviate pain, and support overall well-being. She has successfully helped patients manage conditions including musculoskeletal pain, digestive disorders, sleep disturbances, immune deficiencies, anxiety, and more.

In addition to her core offerings, Cynthia now provides red light therapy in Overland Park, KS. This non-invasive treatment promotes healing, reduces pain, and supports overall wellness, complementing her acupuncture and other therapeutic services.

Her extensive training includes a 4,000-hour Chinese medicine apprenticeship under Dr. Joseph Thomas, PhD, Dipl.Ac. She has also been personally trained in the Balance Method acupuncture system by Dr. Richard Teh Fu Tan since 1998 and has studied advanced Chinese pulse diagnosis and herbal medicine under Dr. Jimmy Zhang Wei-Yin Chang since 2002.

Cynthia holds national certifications in acupuncture and Chinese herbology from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is certified in Shiatsu bodywork. She also brings over 25 years of experience in Chinese martial arts, deepening her understanding of movement, energy flow, and holistic healing.

Victor Cheng, L. Ac. is a California Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist. He graduated from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(上海中醫藥大學). In his six years in Shanghai, he studied four years in classes and labs covering both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He spent the last two years at Shuguang Hospital(曙光醫院), the first TCM hospital in China and one of the three Level III TCM hospitals, rotating through various specialties. In Shanghai, he took and passed the National Medical Exam in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is also licensed in China.

Victor was born in the US but spent part of his childhood in Taiwan, therefore he is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English. He developed an interest in Chinese Medicine early age seeing his grandmother curing family members with simple home remedies. He went on to study at UC Berkeley and received a Bachelor degree. After college, he began studying Buddhism and volunteered a year teaching Chinese at Developing Virtue Secondary School in the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas. Afterwards, he interned one year at the UCLA Center for East-West Medicine. In Shanghai, he studied under many renown TCM professors. He is interested in Internal Medicine with an emphasis on healthy diet and exercises.
