Fraser Cobham is a fully qualified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA). He is also a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) and Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA).
Utilising his skills in herbal medicine and acupuncture, he now treats at the I Am Mind Body Soul Wellness Hub in Gerringong, as well as operating a professional home-based practice in Cambewarra, servicing Nowra and surrounds.
Over time, Fraser’s clinical practice has naturally evolved to predominately working with female specific health concerns. He has a special interest in treating women with hormonal disorders, fertility issues, IVF support, menstrual irregularities, and chronic digestive complaints. He also frequently treats musculoskeletal conditions, symptoms related to autoimmunity, sleep issues, anxiety, depression and stress.
Each year, Fraser undergoes continuing professional training in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and professional standards to optimise his treatment strategies and outcomes. Often working collaboratively with other practitioners both within and outside his clinical practices, you can expect a consultation and treatment with Fraser to feel welcoming, safe and professional, with a strong focus on your individual needs.

Abigail obtained her Bachelors of Science from the University of Maine. She continued on to earn her Masters in Acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture. Abigail is trained in both Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles, Orthopedic acupuncture, and Shakuju. With this range of treatment styles, she is able to meet a broad range of patient needs. Whether you have a stubborn musculoskeletal complaint, or are overcome with anxiety, whether you are a seasoned acupuncture patient or are terrified of needles, she will be able to offer you a variety of treatment plan options (even non-insertive techniques!).
With a passion for further education, Abigail is currently working towards her Masters of Science in Pain Research, Education, and Policy through Tufts University School of Medicine. Karen is a graduate of the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago and received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine. She is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Illinois as well as a National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) certified herbalist. She is also a certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS) and provides ear acupuncture as a part of a comprehensive model of care to help with addictions, PTSD, and behavioral health. She enjoys working with a variety of conditions such as emotional, stress-based conditions, anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, and women’s health.
