Kim E. Reid is a Florida licensed acupuncturist, having graduated from The Atlantic Institute for Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine. She is also licensed to practice Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy in the state of Florida.
In addition to her years of standard clinical experience, Kim was lucky enough to be chosen to practice Acupuncture internationally while working for Carnival Cruise Lines and Holland American Cruise Lines. "The most amazing thing about working on the ships, was that I was able to treat a wide variety of diseases. Tamara received her Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture and received advanced training at the Zhejiang
Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hangzhou, China. She is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, (NCCAOM) a national organization established to regulate the practice of acupuncture. She is also a licensed DOM in Florida.
Tamara has been accepted as a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine. ABORM practitioners have demonstrated competency and advanced knowledge in the field of both Western and Oriental Reproductive Medicine by attending specialized training and passing a rigorous advanced certification examination. The services provided at Integrative Acupuncture integrate approaches from East and West to optimize patient outcomes. “My intent is to work with patients and their physicians to support and complement their IUI and IVF cycles. The two styles of medicine are actually very complementary”.
