It all started in the New York City area in 80's when Dr. McCormick was completing undergraduate coursework in biochemistry and other pre-medical studies. During his four years as a pre-med student, he worked as an assistant and apprentice to acupuncture and naturopathic doctors, graduating from various programs in Eastern and Western styles of manual therapies including naprapathy. Dr. Sarah Poulin, DACM, L.Ac., Dipl.OM is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Connecticut as well as a board-certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl.OM) from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is an alumna of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in San Diego, California, where she received her Master's of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine as well as her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Poulin has completed an intensive internship program at the Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the Beijing Massage Hospital while pursuing her Master’s degree.
