Robert P. Abrahamson O.M.D., L.Ac. (AZ, CA), Dipl.Ac. (NCCAOM) is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine with 42 years experience in the art of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. He is both state and nationally certified, and has been working in beautiful West Sedona for the past 23 years.
Dr. Abrahamson studied in San Francisco, England, India and China. He practices Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), as well as Tibetan, Japanese, Korean, Tung and Five Element Constitutional acupuncture.
Robert has taught Acupuncture, Shiatsu and QiGong trainings in Europe, Asia and the United States. He teaches herbal medicine on the post-graduate level, and loves to inspire his patients to take medicinal herbs.
He is also certified in Metaphysical Healing. and is
author of the new book: The Long Reach of the Dharma: Tales of Divine Adventure (available at dharmareach.com), and co-author of the book: Osho Divine Healing: A SpiritMindBody Workbook.
Dr. Abrahamson’s sessions are a unique experience. He incorporates single-use, ultra-thin stainless steel needles, needleless (cold laser) treatment, Chinese herbal medicine, moxibustion, Tui-na therapeutic massage, dietary therapy, aromatherapy, life-style counseling, Aura-Soma chromotherapy and QiGong exercises with humor and compassion.
In his practice, he specializes in pain management, neurological, allergic, autoimmune and gynecological disorders, as well as preventative medicine.
At present, he is on faculty at PIHMA College in Phoenix, and the Academy of Chinese Healing Arts in Switzerland.

Fraser Cobham is a fully qualified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA). Mrs. Sparks is nationally certified by NCCAOM and is licensed to practice acupuncture by the Ohio and Kentucky Medical Boards. Mrs. Sparks has over 26 years experience in acupuncture and medical research. She specializes in pain relief, including neck, shoulder, back, and joint pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica, headaches, migraines, painful menses, stroke paralysis, Bell's palsy, depression, anxiety, insomnia, hypertension, gastrointestinal issues, arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, OB/Gyn disorders.
Mrs. Sparks was trained as a physician in China in both western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, with a specialty in acupuncture. She graduated from Yunan university of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1985, and then completed 2 years of advanced acupuncture training. Early in Mrs. Sparks' career she worked under the supervision of Zunxin Guan, one of foremost acupuncture experts in Yunan, China. Toni Twitty is an Acupuncture physician who practices Acupuncture in Edmond, OK. Toni specializes in pain conditions, fertility issues, and digestion.
She attended the Universita degli Studi di Urbino, the Universita degli Studi di Pavia, and the Universita degli Studi di Firenze prior to graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Forensic Anthropology. She then obtained a Master’s degree in Acupuncture in 2013 from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, FL after she completed over 3,000 hours of education and year-long residency in Acupuncture.
Dr. Toni is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Acupuncture at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Toni began her career as an Acupuncturist at Valir Health and later decided to create Be Well Acupuncture. She is one of very few Master’s Degree holding Acupuncturists in OKC or Edmond, OK and is the only Acupuncturist practicing Five Element Acupuncture in the Oklahoma City Metro area.
