My journey as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner started in 1994 when I met a monk in Taiwan who taught me about meditation, cleansing, food healing, calligraphy and Chinese health practices. For 10 years, I travelled around the world studying natural healing and classical Asian martial arts from various masters, healers and schools.

I graduated from the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in British Columbia with a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, modelled after the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine curriculum.

I’ve been in clinic practice for over 10 years in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. I am a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioners and Acupuncturists in Ontario under the following number: 2807. I currently see patients at The Village Clinic in Westboro.

I teach weekly Qigong and Chen Style Tai Chi classes at Aylmer Qigong and Tai Chi and I hold regular at workshops, lectures, webinars and events on health and well-being.

I also lecture and write on child developmental psychology and behaviour using traditional Chinese medicine. I am the author of the book Democratic Parenting and the creator of The ADHD Transformation Program.

I have advanced training in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Therapy, Dietary Recommendations, Qigong/Tai Chi, and Traditional Chinese Medical Psychology.

A specialist in acupuncture orthopedics and herbal medicine, Frank is proud to avail patients of this gentle and non-invasive way to treat many health issues with little to no side effects. As a primary care provider, he has helped thousands of patients get through their medical crisis as efficiently as possible and back on the road to health as quickly as possible.

Tamara specializes in Japanese Meridian Style Acupuncture, while treating family and women's health, sports/orthopedic acupuncture and facial rejuvenation.
