To passionately use acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, or other tools such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong or meditation to help guide people in need so that they can reach their highest potential in life. My goal is to help people live stronger, healthier lives. Lives free of pain. Lives free of anxiety. Lives full of purpose. Lives bursting with enthusiasm. Lives where transformation is possible. Lives where compassion and love are central.
We’re all flowing along in this giant river of a universe and sometimes we get caught on a rock and we need a push. Chinese Medicine, Tai Chi and meditation are all tools that nudge people down stream and create freedom by helping the body heal itself.

Kim E. Reid is a Florida licensed acupuncturist, having graduated from The Atlantic Institute for Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine. She is also licensed to practice Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy in the state of Florida.

In addition to her years of standard clinical experience, Kim was lucky enough to be chosen to practice Acupuncture internationally while working for Carnival Cruise Lines and Holland American Cruise Lines. "The most amazing thing about working on the ships, was that I was able to treat a wide variety of diseases. Just by the diverse nature of the guests on-board, I saw patients from all walks of life who sought my services for diabetes, fibromyalgia, erectile dysfunction, shoulder pain, low back pain, restless leg syndrome, stress and anxiety and much more."

In additional to her clinical work, Kim has delivered hundreds of informational seminars helping to educate people who would otherwise never have tried Acupuncture, "my biggest reward is watching someone who walked into the seminar doubtful and afraid of acupuncture but deciding to take a chance and try it for the first time. There is no greater honor than to have someone have such trust in you and your abilities to help them heal. But I have to tell you, the biggest reward was watching these people get up off the table relaxed, amazed and feeling better; no longer doubtful about Chinese Medicine and its power to help heal the body."

Kim is a dedicated professional and is passionate about Chinese Medicine. In addition to the many modalities practiced by Chinese Medicine, Kim is a firm believer in the medicinal effects of Herbal Medicine. During your visit with Kim you can expect a recommendation of a Herbal Formula that will assist you on your healing journey.

My mission is to provide compassionate healthcare and wellness education that inspires my patients to better understand their health and wellbeing while effectively treating their mind, body and spirit. This is accomplished by offering safe and natural acupuncture and Chinese herbal treatment plans that guide my patients to the root of their health concerns while, at the same time, relieving the symptoms of their individual and unique health presentations.
