Dr. Vincent Ing D.C., & Kimberly Chin L.Ac, have been servicing the Calumet City/Chicago Southside/Northwest Indiana for over 30 years combined. Taking over his father's Chiropractic practice (est. 1973), Dr. Ing, graduated as a chiropractor from National University of Health Sciences in 2000. Karen is a graduate of the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago and received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine. She is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Illinois as well as a National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) certified herbalist. After working the past 20 years as an Occupational Therapist in a variety of healthcare settings from hospital based rehabilitation clinics to home care service, I became interested in approaching healing from a different perspective in order to help people become empowered about their health on all levels. I found acupuncture to resonate with my belief that medicine should be judged in terms of how effective it is in understanding and treating the problem as the patient experiences it.
