About:
I am blessed to do work that I love. Patients tell me that I am an intuitive practitioner and that they feel supported body, mind and spirit. I have been a meditator for over 20 years and have a Qi gong practice which helps in this regard. I have successfully treated low back/hip pain, knee issues, tendinitis, sprains, bone breaks and fractures, sciatica, shoulder issues (rotator cuff, etc.) carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, and many other conditions like digestion, menstrual or sleep issues. Contact me to discuss whether acupuncture may be appropriate for you.
I have completed a year long program with Frank He, who is regarded as a leading orthopedic acupuncturist in the Bay Area. He invented a special type of acupuncture called Muscle Channel Technique (MCT) that only uses a few needles and often results in lasting pain relief.
I love working with people and helping facilitate the body's natural healing process so that they can feel better and get back to doing what they love! I often do hands on work (therapeutic massage, reiki or craniosacral) which is a powerful combination to enhance the effect of acupuncture.
