Marcelle is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in the State of California. She graduated from Yo San University (Los Angeles, CA) in 2015 with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is currently enrolled at Yo San to complete her Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
Since 2001 Marcelle has been a professional bodyworker, beginning as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) she spent the better part of a decade working in some of Southern California's premiere spas and wellness centers, and had the privilege of teaching Swedish massage for three years. She also studied a variety of vibrational healing techniques such as Reiki and Medical QiGong. Marcelle's background in bodywork and massage pairs well with acupuncture, and she is very experienced in a variety of techniques to help you stop chasing pain. My philosophical approach to treatment includes a strong emphasis on patient education. I encourage patients to actively participate in their healing process and often incorporate lifestyle changes and herbal medicine in my treatment plans. I maintain a strong commitment to the promotion of the integration of Eastern and Western medicine as a future medical model within our health care system. My specialized areas of interest and expertise include women's health and fertility, stress and pain management, and digestive disorders.
