Rachelle Lambert has earned a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, graduating from the prestigious school the Academy of Integrative Medicine at Austin. She is licensed through the Texas Medical Board and Colorado State as a Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, and certified by NCCAOM as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. Over the course of her 4 year study, she learned special techniques in weight loss, dermatology, pediatrics, facial rejuvenation, and acupuncture orthopedics. Rachelle was fortunate enough to study in China at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and trained in a Chinese medical hospital. As part of her internship, she practiced acupuncture at Seton Williamson County Hospital in Round Rock, Texas. Rachelle spent time in 2010 and 2011 changing lives around the world on cruise ships. She has worked for Royal Caribbean and Celebrity, on ships including Splendour of the Seas, Eclipse, and Oasis of the Seas. She has a collection of testimonies that you may read proving fast and effective results. Rachelle is also involved with a research group at University of Texas at Austin. She published two articles in the Wellness Section of two L/G Style Magazines in 2012. Rachelle is also the Creator and Director of the First Annual Natural Living Festival, Austin, TX, 2014. Rachelle has post-graduate education in orthopedic acupuncture, with a certification from Lerner Education partnered with the Whole Foods Market Global Risk Team. Here at our Rockville, MD acupuncture center, we specialize in a different style of acupuncture therapy, not widely available. This method is more than 2000 years old and comes from the I Ching, one of the oldest books in the world. This method has several names such as: I Ching Acupuncture, The Balance Method, or Distal Point Acupuncture. No matter what you call it, the effects often seem miraculous to patients.

In 2002, Phil realised that there were strong correlations with the underlying health problems of his patients and the pre-existing surgical or accidental scar tissue elsewhere on the patient’s body. This scarring would cross meridians which clearly demonstrated a solid link to their overall lack of health, some refer to this as Sho. Consequently, Phil discovered and developed a range of techniques using the “Yanagishita” teishin, a gold teishin, or Shi Zhen which is mentioned in the Miraculous Pivot & the Suwen, it is one of the 9 classical needles.
As a result, this amazing technique quickly reduces any form of scar tissue, including keloids, from a severe hindrance of reduced conductivity to enabling the free flow of Ki, so that the scarred skin more closely resembled the surrounding skin tissue reverting to it’s natural skin colour. The damaged tissue was revitalised in the affected area and had regained the lost tactile sensations and reduced the size and malformation of the damaged site.This resulted in a workshop presentation at the 2007 AACMAC in Brisbane.
