His career has included a teaching position at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and public speaking at conferences and public health forums. He has been a regular featured radio talk show guest, focusing on educating the public on health and wellness issues, and has professional HIV certification from the nationally recognized Quan Yin Healing Arts Center in San Francisco, California, promoting the use of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine as an important supplement to regular HIV care.
