Cathy’s journey in the healing arts began at the tender age of 9, exploring martial arts such as Wing Chun Kung Fu, Qigong, and Tai Chi. This early fascination with body mechanics and movement naturally led her into a career in holistic therapies.

Her Shiatsu journey began in 2014 at the Shiatsu College Hastings, where she graduated in 2017 as the youngest practitioner in her cohort. Cathy’s practice is rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and she continuously expands her knowledge to provide the best care for her clients.

In 2020, Cathy founded Nixon Acupuncture, Shiatsu & Qigong in Rugby, Warwickshire—a tranquil studio offering personalized treatments that combine ancient wisdom with modern techniques.

Dr Robert Wallace’s passion is to guide others toward a life of abundant energy, radiant health & harmonious balance. Dr Robert Wallace is the Director of Chicago Holistic Medicine, a Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine [DACM], Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (Dipl OM) by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and Reiki Master (Usui Lineage). Robert completed his Certification in Massage Therapy at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and his Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine-Chicago. He has been practicing in Chicago since 1996.
