Marcia Nogueira, M.S., L.Ac. has been practicing acupuncture since 2004 and has been in her Thousand Oaks location for the past 7 years. She is a graduate of Samra University of Oriental Medicine where she received her Master's degree in Oriental Medicine. She completed her undergraduate education at UCLA where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology. She is a California board licensed acupuncturist and currently practices both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She has traveled to China to further her studies of Eastern Medicine and completed an internship at the International Acupuncture Training Center in Beijing.

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist by the New Hampshire Board of Acupuncture, and board certified Diplomate of Acupuncture by the NCCAOM. I am also a Registered Nurse with 23 years of clinical experience in local NH hospitals in various specialties such as cardiac, orthopedic, acute and chronic disease, psychology, maternity and preventative care.
I completed my extensive education and training in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine culminating in a Masters Degree in Acupuncture through the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) in Newton, MA.
As an Intern, I practiced Acupuncture at New England School of Acupuncture Teaching Center Clinic, Boston Medical Center Family outpatient center, Winchester Hospital Family Medical Center, Malden Family Medicine Center and Element Care in Lynn, Mass. My extensive training consisted of over 700 hours of direct patient practice.
I have successfully treated conditions such as migraines, headaches, back pain, hip pain, knee pain, asthma, anxiety, shoulder pain, neck pain, mild to moderate depression, smoking cessation, digestive issues, endometriosis, TMJ and more.

Lanelle Durst specializes in Five Element Acupuncture, a style which treats the underlying cause of imbalance and disease. Each acupuncture treatment is based on the patient's underlying constitution and the state of their body, mind and spirit.

I am an Acupuncturist and Herbalist accustomed to treating a wide variety of conditions ranging from chronic and acute pain, to allergies, to hormonal imbalances associated with menopause and autoimmune disorders, to palliative care for cancer patients, as well as insomnia and anxiety. Dr. Réquel Lopes, AP is the owner and healing practitioner at Dragonfly Wellness in Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, FL. She earned her graduate degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the prestigious AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine, in Austin, Texas. She is a licensed acupuncture physician in the state of Florida and board certified by the National Certification of Oriental Medicine Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in Oriental Medicine. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Barnard College of Columbia University in Psychology. She is a member of Florida State Oriental Medical Association.

She has been treating patients for the past 10 years. As a licensed Acupuncture Physician, she brings her extensive experience to her patients by using an integrative care approach. She uses various modalities in combination, to best address her patient’s needs. This comprehensive approach may include acupuncture, cupping therapy, Chinese herbal formulations, as well as lifestyle counseling to restore balance and promote optimal health for the body, mind, and spirit. She incorporates various styles and techniques with her gentle needling treatments –Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element, Esoteric Acupuncture (Sankey Acupuncture), Master Tung Style, Dr. Tan’s Balance method, and Neuro-acupuncture from Dr. Hao.
