I am passionate about helping people live a life free from pain and ill health. My life has been turned around since discovering the benefits of acupuncture, massage and Qigong. As a young woman I suffered severe back pain resulting in surgery but I have never looked back since discovering how I can take care of my health bringing about strength, stamina and flexibility in a gentle and kind way.
