My knowledge, education, and background in health and fitness are quite vast. Over the years I have studied under some of the industry’s best educators in acupuncture, massage therapy, biomechanics, exercise science, kinesiology, exercise physiology, yoga, personal training, reiki, and sport specific training. Lani’s passion for acupuncture began with the treatment of her daughter for atopic dermatitis. In studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, she could see the relationships of all the body systems to create harmony within to resolve the outward manifestation.
