I was shaped by family, community, and wise Jegna's who insisted on integrity and results. Losing my sister young showed me what happens when care chases symptoms instead of terrain. In my clinic we intervene early, before a molehill becomes a mountain, and we pair nature with science so progress is real and measurable.

Abby earned her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College, Boulder, CO in 2013. She also studied at Heilongjiang hospital in China, where she learned valuable techniques on treating modern illnesses. She is passionate about helping others feel alive, radiant, healthy and balanced while they make their powerful mark on the earth. Abby enjoys working with all types of ailments, her specialties are women's health, pain and pediatrics.

Janice combines the best of Eastern and Western medicine. She practiced pharmacy for over 30 years and has an extensive knowledge of western medicine and pharmaceutical care. David Foster is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in the treatment of neurological and autoimmune conditions. He earned his Master's degree from Pacific College in 2013, apprenticed for two years under Dr. Frank Butler, studying “Zheng Gui Tui Na” massage, then an additional year with Dr. Clayton Shiu, studying the “Xing Nao Kai Qiao” technique to treat cerebrovascular disorders. Most recently he completed Botanical Biohacking’s Microbiome Mastery course. David holds a black belt in shorin ry’u karate and spent 15 years doing stand-up comedy. His passions include yoga, creative writing and old school hip hop, and he can also accept patients who speak Spanish only.
