Lisa Blake practices using both Chinese and Japanese style acupuncture as well as Chinese Herbs. She received her Masters of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture and is nationally Board certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Lisa is also certified in Auricular Acupuncture through the Auriculotherapy Certification Institute, Inc. Lisa studied Biology and Chemistry to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and also has a Master of Business Administration from Averett University.
Prior to attending acupuncture school Lisa worked for almost 20 years in the Federal Reserve System, and during that time realized that she wanted to spend her time working in a profession that could touch more people’s lives in a way that they could really appreciate. Then through her own health challenges she discovered acupuncture and the rest is history. Lisa’s health journey has given her great insight into how people can feel when there is a health challenge and can no longer do the things they love to do. She believes that the human body is truly amazing and has the innate intelligence to heal itself when it is gently brought into balance and given the proper nutrients and movement.
Lisa is an animal lover and outdoor enthusiast at heart. She has a passion for cycling and can frequently be seen riding the local roads

We are located in the historic downtown Woodstock Square. Having been in practice for twelve years, Amadea has had experience working with a wide variety of health issues and concerns. She has worked with people with pain including injuries, surgeries and auto immune disorders. Emotional concerns and stress are also commonly treated in her practice. She has specialized experience working with infertility and has worked closely with medical doctors in the field. David Foster is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in the treatment of neurological and autoimmune conditions. He earned his Master's degree from Pacific College in 2013, apprenticed for two years under Dr. Frank Butler, studying “Zheng Gui Tui Na” massage, then an additional year with Dr. Clayton Shiu, studying the “Xing Nao Kai Qiao” technique to treat cerebrovascular disorders. Most recently he completed Botanical Biohacking’s Microbiome Mastery course. David holds a black belt in shorin ry’u karate and spent 15 years doing stand-up comedy. His passions include yoga, creative writing and old school hip hop, and he can also accept patients who speak Spanish only.
