Lani’s passion for acupuncture began with the treatment of her daughter for atopic dermatitis. In studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, she could see the relationships of all the body systems to create harmony within to resolve the outward manifestation.

May Huang completed her Chinese medical degree from Tianjin University (China) of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1987 after 5 years of training. She has 13 years of clinical experience working at Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and another 15 years of clinical experience in North York acupuncture clinic in Toronto. I am also a Registered Nurse with 23 years of clinical experience in local NH hospitals in various specialties such as cardiac, orthopedic, acute and chronic disease, psychology, maternity and preventative care.
I completed my extensive education and training in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine culminating in a Masters Degree in Acupuncture through the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) in Newton, MA.
As an Intern, I practiced Acupuncture at New England School of Acupuncture Teaching Center Clinic, Boston Medical Center Family outpatient center, Winchester Hospital Family Medical Center, Malden Family Medicine Center and Element Care in Lynn, Mass. My extensive training consisted of over 700 hours of direct patient practice.

Abby earned her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College, Boulder, CO in 2013. She also studied at Heilongjiang hospital in China, where she learned valuable techniques on treating modern illnesses. She is passionate about helping others feel alive, radiant, healthy and balanced while they make their powerful mark on the earth. Alabama born and in practice since 1989, Dr. Mick is one of the first American born doctors of acupuncture and Oriental medicine in the country having training in the U.S., Europe and China. After completing a bachelors degree in pre-med health sciences on the East coast, masters and doctoral degrees in acupuncture and Oriental medicine on the West coast, Dr. Mick worked as an acupuncture intern at two TCM university hospitals in China
Upon returning from China, Dr. Mick has served as a professor and clinical supervisor at two acupuncture and Oriental medicine colleges and worked with medical doctors at integrative clinics around the U.S., Europe, Central and South America. Dr. Mick has successfully treated thousands of patients for a wide variety of conditions through decades of practice, including work as an acupuncturist volunteer for numerous Church medical missions in the U.S. and abroad.
