Vivianne Hipol Gantous DACM, RN, is an Integrative Eastern Medicine Practitioner who believes an individualized approach for each patient is the root to healing the whole person. Her practice is a mosaic of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bio-Energetics, Functional Medicine, and Western allopathic training. Choosing from the best of each of these modalities, a unique plan of care is created for every patient.
Her motivation to practice has always been a love of humans and healing herself from debilitating post-partum depletion after the birth of two out of her three children. She enjoys treating all members of the family unit especially women’s health as a mother’s vitality is the first mirror for her children. She also enjoys finding alternatives for “hard to treat” internal medicine cases.
Coming from a family of physicians, Vivianne sees firsthand the immense contributions of Western medicine and the treasures Eastern and Western Medicine together can best benefit not only a patient’s current condition but a lifetime of health.
For over 18 years, Vivianne is a licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist and Nutritionist in California and Virginia, a Registered Nurse, a wife, and mother of three. This year she is launching a post-partum program and specific services for new parents as they navigate an understanding of their new body and evolution of their expanded identity.
Today she sees patients in person and via telemedicine at her office, Boundless Well-Being, located in Virginia Beach. When she’s not with her family or seeing patients, she’s on a trek with notebook and pen or abroad with her husband.

Sarah became interested in acupuncture as a career during high school. She chose to study physiology at the Lyman Brigg's School of Michigan State University. After undergrad, Sarah continued her education at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, OR. She spent 3 full years learning Chinese Medicine, including anatomy, physiology, Chinese medical theory, western pathology, acupuncture, Chinese herbology, nutrition, shiatsu massage, taichi,
and qigong. She also completed a 1 year internship in her last year of school, where she studied under both Chinese and Western acupuncturists and herbalists. She completed her qigong training with a certification to teach 1000 Hands Buddha Qigong.

Sarah has continued expanding her acupuncture knowledge by taking many continueing education courses. These include Chinese medical theory, the treatment of stress, anxiety, and pain, women's health, GI disorders and allergies. She has studied balance method with Dr. Tan, the Mei Zen Cosmetic acupuncture system, the Battlefield Acupuncture protocol for pain management and Chinese language. Most recently she has completed a 3 weekend intensive training in Sports Medicine Acupuncture and is working on completing the ABORM exam for certification in reproductive medicine.

Dr. Kim Peirano, DACM, Dipl.OM, LAc, CHT, CPHPCA is a transformative healer dedicated to guiding her patients on their personal growth, healing and transformation journeys through the depth and power of East Asian Medicine, Acupuncture treatments, Jungian Life Coaching, medical hypnotherapy and more. A practicing Acupuncturist since 2010, Dr. Kim graduated from The Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley and further received her Doctorate in Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health Sciences in 2018. Her expertise spans a wide range of issues and illnesses, with a particular focus on stress management, well-being, and the impact of illness or pain on overall health. She has successfully supported clients through major life transitions, chronic pain and illness, fertility concerns, pediatric patients, eating disorder recovery, spiritual growth, sports medicine, orthopedics, end-of-life support, and hospice care.

Jacqueline is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Pennsylvania, and is also currently studying Oriental Medicine. She has treated a wide variety of conditions, including back pain, insomnia, infertility, PTSD, depression, anxiety, eczema, asthma, trigeminal neuralgia, coughing, cold and much more. Passionate about her discipline, Jacqueline describes acupuncture as "a vital source of healthcare where medicine and science meet art and spirit."
