About:
I help active adults, like you, solve chronic health issues and improve quality of life through acupuncture, manual therapies, herbs, and corrective exercise. I have natural solutions for your health concerns. I work with you to transform your posture, breathing, movement, and the health of your tissues so that you can enjoy the pain-free, energetic, engaged life you crave.
While I see a vast array of conditions, I specialize in treating pelvic floor conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, diastasis recti, prostatitis, and erectile dysfunction. You deserve a quality of life that is solid, dependable. Live every day without fear. No more holding back while playing with your grandchildren. No more planning activities around access to bathrooms.
I combine physical medicine, acupuncture , osteopathic manual techniques (cranio-sacral therapy, visceral manipulation, myofascial therapy, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage), and Traditional Chinese Medical herbal formulas or supplements in each session in order to give you the most thorough, well-rounded treatment, individually tailored to your constitution, body type, and health concerns.
It’s time to get your groove on—because your quality of life matters.

About:
If you've been wanting to try acupuncture but are squeamish around needles, then Japanese acupuncture is a great way to start. The Japanese variety utilizes finer needles - barely thicker than a human hair. Instead of relying on a chart, more emphasis is placed on touch and palpation to find the correct insertion points. We also do front and back treatments to promote balance of the whole body. I understand the importance of spending extra time with my patients so that we all receive the love and care we deserve.
We are here to aid in your healing process through: Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Moxibustion, Massage therapy, Fire cupping, Nutritional advice, and Reiki.

“Fannie is a mature practitioner with the grace of a life finally devoted to what she cares about… She brings a living experience of the ways in which acupuncture can restore you to a sense of bodily well-being that you have either forgotten or never known was possible.” – Teri T.
Fannie’s passion for Eastern medicine can be traced back to her roots as a third-generation Chinese immigrant in the Philippines, where she grew up surrounded by food infused with herbal medicine thanks to her mother and grandmothers. She has spent a lifetime integrating the best of Eastern and Western cultures, and finally discovered that Chinese medicine provided a perfect home for her inquisitive mind and free spirit.
Fannie specializes in the areas of acute and chronic myofascial pain conditions, women’s health (including fertility), and anxiety disorders. She has a strong interest in food cures and the topical use of Chinese herbs, which is evident in the prominent role of nutrition counseling in her practice and the creation of her own line of tendon and trauma liniments.
