Cathy’s journey in the healing arts began at the tender age of 9, exploring martial arts such as Wing Chun Kung Fu, Qigong, and Tai Chi. This early fascination with body mechanics and movement naturally led her into a career in holistic therapies.
Her Shiatsu journey began in 2014 at the Shiatsu College Hastings, where she graduated in 2017 as the youngest practitioner in her cohort. Kenyon Keily, herbalist, has over 40 years experience in Chinese, Tibetan, and Ayurvedic herbal medicine. He treats all ages for everything from simple ailments to complex, chronic conditions. Kenyon uses herbal medicine to treat emotional or stress-related problems, female and male health and fertility, urinary problems, cardiovascular problems, and digestive issues. He also uses herbs for colds, flus, allergies, sinus congestion, immune weakness, and skin problems. Kenyon specializes in herbal treatments for Lyme disease. She received her master’s degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, where she is currently obtaining a doctorate. Her clinical experience includes work at Columbia University Health Services, Mount Sinai-Beth Israel Integrative Oncology, and Housing Works. She travelled to China for advanced study at the International Acupuncture Training Center, an institute recognized by the World Health Organization, with clinical rounds at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Beijing.

Elizabeth is a registered acupuncturist in Michigan with a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental medicine from World Medicine Institute in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is also a Nationally Certified Diplomate in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). She has training in Taoist and Chinese styles of acupuncture as well as Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, and qi gong. Liz has recently gotten additional training in Namdrudipad's Allergy Elimination Techniques (NAET). Liz believes in the power of the body to heal itself and that acupuncture is an excellent way to facilitate our own health.
