Janice combines the best of Eastern and Western medicine. She practiced pharmacy for over 30 years and has an extensive knowledge of western medicine and pharmaceutical care. She is also a Licensed Massage therapist and incorporates that knowledge into her acupuncture treatments. Janice is nationally board certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine. Lani’s passion for acupuncture began with the treatment of her daughter for atopic dermatitis. In studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, she could see the relationships of all the body systems to create harmony within to resolve the outward manifestation.
Lani holds a Master’s degree from The New England School of Acupuncture, the oldest acupuncture school in the U.S. She has experience treating patients as young as 10 and as old as 90 for conditions such as asthma, digestive issues, fibromyalgia, migraines, insomnia, addictions, PTSD and musculoskeletal pain.
