I have practiced acupuncture in California, in the Australia and New Zealand area, and now in the state of Washington. I have a wide range of experience treating a variety of ailments on a diverse patient population. Though my specialty is pain management, I also successfully treat internal medicine disorders such as respiratory (asthma, allergies) issues, digestive (IBS, Crohns), emotional (stress, anxiety) issues and gynecological and urinary disturbances.

Jessica BenShay is a Florida Licensed Acupuncture Physician who graduated from the prestigious Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine. Jessica strives to provide high quality care with integrity. She sees the practitioner/patient relationship as a partnership. Viewing each patient as a whole and unique individual, rather than a collection of symptoms and problems to be fixed. She will listen to you, get to know you, and work with you to realize your treatment goals. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a holistic form of medicine that treats your mind and body, helping you achieve optimal health and wellness.

She also studied at Heilongjiang hospital in China, where she learned valuable techniques on treating modern illnesses. She is passionate about helping others feel alive, radiant, healthy and balanced while they make their powerful mark on the earth. Abby enjoys working with all types of ailments, her specialties are women's health, pain and pediatrics.
