David Foster is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in the treatment of neurological and autoimmune conditions. He earned his Master's degree from Pacific College in 2013, apprenticed for two years under Dr. Frank Butler, studying “Zheng Gui Tui Na” massage, then an additional year with Dr. Clayton Shiu, studying the “Xing Nao Kai Qiao” technique to treat cerebrovascular disorders. Heather has been working as a Natural Health Practitioner for the past 14 years. She has worked in private practice both in Australia and overseas, and worked as a consultant for the Hospital Board in Jamaica, West Indies. Heather's broad range of modalities and extensive experience will allow her to develop a treatment program specific to your needs.
Prior to becoming a Natural Health Practitioner, Heather spent a number of years in the Information Technology arena both as a computer programmer and technical writer. She obtained a Bachelor of Business in Australia, and then travelled overseas to study Naturopathy. Her qualifications in the Natural Health Field include a Master of Science (Natural Health), Doctor of Natural Health, and Diploma of Herbal Medicine which she completed in the USA. Additionally she has obtained an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture in Brisbane, Australia.
Whilst Heather has wide experience in all aspects of Natural Medicine, her main interest lies in musculoskeletal (arthritis, sports injuries, back and neck pain, fibromyalgia, rheumatism) and other painful conditions. She also has extensive experience in the treatment of fertility, skin conditions, anti-ageing and women's health issues.
Heather takes a holistic approach to understanding the processes of disease and uses a number of different treatment methods for a range of health conditions. Depending on your condition and your individual needs, naturopathy, acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, SLM Bodywork or herbal medicine may be used within the same treatment consultation. Toni Twitty is an Acupuncture physician who practices Acupuncture in Edmond, OK. Toni specializes in pain conditions, fertility issues, and digestion.
She attended the Universita degli Studi di Urbino, the Universita degli Studi di Pavia, and the Universita degli Studi di Firenze prior to graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Forensic Anthropology. She then obtained a Master’s degree in Acupuncture in 2013 from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, FL after she completed over 3,000 hours of education and year-long residency in Acupuncture.
Dr. Toni is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Acupuncture at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Toni began her career as an Acupuncturist at Valir Health and later decided to create Be Well Acupuncture. Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Antigonish. University trained Acupuncturist and Herbalist. Paul Carter completed a Bachelor of Chinese Medicine from Victoria University in Australia. His degree combined both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. As a part of his course, he attended an internship at Shanghai Shuguang Hospital, China.
