Born in India and raised in Nebraska, Jignesh Panchal has lived a life immersed in both Eastern and Western culture. Karen is also an avid runner and cyclist and has found acupuncture to be an important tool for staying healthy, recovering quickly and resolving strains, sprains and other injuries.
