I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey and a degree from the Eastern School of Traditional Medicine in Acupuncture. I am Board certified by the NCCAOM and a New Jersey licensed acupuncturist.

may I take a little of your time to tell you a little of my story? If you answered yes, read on. My introduction to acupuncture was due to a traumatic accident about twenty-two years ago. I injured my left neck/shoulder/arm and sciatic nerve in 1993 so I could not work as an EMT because I could not lift any thing heavier than a loaf of bread. After trying allopathic medicine for a year, the doctors told me that I would never heal so just learn to live with what left arm and leg movement remained. That's when I decided to try massage school. My injuries did start to heal with daily treatments over a years time but I wanted more pain relief and more strength in my arm and leg so I did more research and decided to start acupuncture school. That turned out to be the best decision of my life. Not only did my left arm and leg get well and pain free, (the muscles that had atrophied returned to their pre injury size) and best of all my pain was gone! The biggest blessing of all was that I found my life's passion. I became an acupuncturist and herbalist to share this healing art with my family and friends. Dr. Kimberly Burger began attending acupuncture school in 1994 and graduated from The Academy of Advanced Complimentary Medicine in 1998 with a PhD in acupuncture and homeopathic medicine. Dr. Burger received clinical hours attending an acupuncture school in Columbo, SriLanka. With additional training in Dr. Tans Balance Method, Master Tung style and theory of acupuncture, interning with Dr. Chow Chen, certification in Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture and Macular Degeneration treatments to reverse and prevent continued degeneration of advancing eye diseases, Dr. Burger has a well rounded education and almost 28 years of clinical experience in the Chinese medical field of Traditional and Pre-Traditional Chinese Medicine. From 2011-2022 Dr. Burger moved her practice to beautiful Maui, Hawaii. In August of 2022, Dr. Burger moved her practice back to Mesa, AZ and has resumed a very successful practice in North Mesa at Red Mountain. Lindsay Trottier, DACM L.Ac. is a board-certified acupuncturist and doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine practicing in San Diego, CA.
Dr. Trottier first entered the profession of health and wellness as a certified personal trainer and then as a receptionist in an acupuncture clinic. As a competitive student-athlete, Dr Trottier has always been interested in functional movement and healthy recovery. Upon completing her undergraduate studies, she was inspired to begin her training in acupuncture and herbal medicine. In 2015, Dr. Trottier began an apprenticeship with Eileen Han to extend her knowledge of the Balance Method acupuncture made famous by Dr. Richard Tan.
Dr. Trottier has experience helping patients of all ages with sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, digestive complaints, women’s health issues, pre- and post-natal care, cancer-treatment side effects, mental-emotional health, and people with developmental and acquired disabilities.
Her training includes working with NCAA athletes at the UCSD RIMAC center, supporting patients undergoing treatment for various cancers at the UCSD Cancer Center in Encinitas and Rady's Children's Hospital, and caring for children admitted to the Helen Bernardy Center for Medically Fragile Children.
In 2019, Dr. Trottier completed her BaZi Consultant Certification through The Academy of Acupuncture, and now incorporates this understanding of chronoanalysis into her acupuncture practice and also offers virtual consultations to people around the world.
