David Foster is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in the treatment of neurological and autoimmune conditions. He earned his Master's degree from Pacific College in 2013, apprenticed for two years under Dr. Frank Butler, studying “Zheng Gui Tui Na” massage, then an additional year with Dr. Clayton Shiu, studying the “Xing Nao Kai Qiao” technique to treat cerebrovascular disorders. Helen Castro earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1992. She earned a Masters of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2007. This 3 1/2 year program consisted of 2,800 hours of education and clinical practice. Helen also completed an additional 3 year apprenticeship program in Five Element Acupuncture. Before I pursued medicine, I embarked on a much more “traditional” career path. After graduating from Columbia University in New York City with a B.S. in Engineering and Management Systems, I worked for Ernst & Young, Thomson Financial, and other Wall Street firms as a strategy consultant and pharmaceutical compliance analyst. My previous work experience has been extremely beneficial as it has helped me to understand the unique pressures and stresses that many of my patients experience.

Jordan Titchener, R.Ac, is the founder and director of Inner Chi Acupuncture & Wellness. Jordan’s interest in Eastern philosophy led him to study Traditional Chinese Medicine at Vancouver’s International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ICTCM). Before studying Acupuncture, Jordan was a Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) and emergency responder.
Jordan integrates Acupuncture, Cupping, Tui Na massage, cranial sacral massage, and dietary counselling into his treatments. He employs an integrative, holistic approach to medicine and is willing to communicate with patient’s medical providers to ensure continuity of care.
