Dr. Trottier first entered the profession of health and wellness as a certified personal trainer and then as a receptionist in an acupuncture clinic. Her training includes working with NCAA athletes at the UCSD RIMAC center, supporting patients undergoing treatment for various cancers at the UCSD Cancer Center in Encinitas and Rady's Children's Hospital, and caring for children admitted to the Helen Bernardy Center for Medically Fragile Children.
In 2019, Dr. Trottier completed her BaZi Consultant Certification through The Academy of Acupuncture, and now incorporates this understanding of chronoanalysis into her acupuncture practice and also offers virtual consultations to people around the world.

About:
Chinese medicine gave life-changing relief and put into remission auto-immune digestive issues for loved ones when there were experiencing severe painful flare ups. Because of the profound influence Chinese Medicine has had on my life, I am drawn to and attract patients that have chronic issues where their is an auto-immune, hormone imbalance component. I complement Chinese Medicine with my post graduate training in Functional Medicine to develop the best treatment plan for my patient. Any combination of Acupuncture, Herbs, breath techniques, whole food nutrition, Young Living Essential Oils may be used in your treatment plan.
