Marcelle is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in the State of California. She graduated from Yo San University (Los Angeles, CA) in 2015 with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is currently enrolled at Yo San to complete her Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
Since 2001 Marcelle has been a professional bodyworker, beginning as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) she spent the better part of a decade working in some of Southern California's premiere spas and wellness centers, and had the privilege of teaching Swedish massage for three years. She also studied a variety of vibrational healing techniques such as Reiki and Medical QiGong. Marcia Nogueira, M.S., L.Ac. has been practicing acupuncture since 2004 and has been in her Thousand Oaks location for the past 7 years. She is a graduate of Samra University of Oriental Medicine where she received her Master's degree in Oriental Medicine. She completed her undergraduate education at UCLA where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology.
