Fannie’s passion for Eastern medicine can be traced back to her roots as a third-generation Chinese immigrant in the Philippines, where she grew up surrounded by food infused with herbal medicine thanks to her mother and grandmothers. Michelle Wendt, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M. (NCCAOM) is the founder & owner of Indigo Healing Acupuncture, LLC.

She completed her Master of Science Degree in Oriental Medicine at the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of Hawaii. She is a certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl. O.M.) by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Michelle uses combinations of acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, moxibustion, fire cupping, and Chinese herbs to improve the health and well-being of her patients. To date, she has inserted over 5,000 acupuncture needles and performed hundreds of treatments.
