My name is Patty Johnson and my office is in Rancho Cucamonga CA. I'm listed as Patty Johnson's Acupuncture and Herbs.
may I take a little of your time to tell you a little of my story? If you answered yes, read on. My introduction to acupuncture was due to a traumatic accident about twenty-two years ago. I injured my left neck/shoulder/arm and sciatic nerve in 1993 so I could not work as an EMT because I could not lift any thing heavier than a loaf of bread. After trying allopathic medicine for a year, the doctors told me that I would never heal so just learn to live with what left arm and leg movement remained. That's when I decided to try massage school. My injuries did start to heal with daily treatments over a years time but I wanted more pain relief and more strength in my arm and leg so I did more research and decided to start acupuncture school. That turned out to be the best decision of my life. Not only did my left arm and leg get well and pain free, (the muscles that had atrophied returned to their pre injury size) and best of all my pain was gone! The biggest blessing of all was that I found my life's passion. I became an acupuncturist and herbalist to share this healing art with my family and friends. Not only am I a licensed Acupuncturist, I have a MS in Oriental Medicine and a BS in Nutrition. I am a Loomis Digestive Health Specialist which means I have A LOT of hours of training in Enzyme Nutrition.
I look at digestion first! If you can't digest your food, you can't get the nutrition you need to get healthy! By changing your digestion, you change your health!

Allison’s formal training was completed at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon where she received a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine with Honors. Training in Classical Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Qigong and Worsley Five Element Acupuncture has filled Allison’s toolbox with effective means for treating disease and walking with patients towards harmony and a more ease-filled life.
