Phinney Ridge Community Acupuncture is a community clinic designed to bring high-quality, affordable, and effective acupuncture to the heart of North Seattle; serving the neighborhoods of Phinney Ridge, Greenwood, Green Lake, Ballard, Crown Hill, Fremont and more. Treatments are on a sliding scale of $20 – $40 per treatment, plus a one time $10 intake fee the first visit. No proof of income is required; you decide what you can afford. Payment is cash or check only.

In the spirit of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a primary goal of Essential Health Acupuncture is to provide our patients with a broader understanding of health and more lasting sense of well-being. Essential Health Acupuncture combines the disciplines of modern science with the wisdom of ancient healing and takes advantage of the knowledge of several disciplines including, acupunture, tui na (Chinese body work), cupping therapy, diet/nutrition education, physical, mental and emotional health, and Chinese herbology. Other medical modalities that are being utilized are also taken into account to provide the utmost care for the individual. This allows patient and provider to work together to develop an integrated diagnostic and therapeutic plan that will best address the whole patient.

Acupuncture for Women's Health is an affiliate at Girls to Women Health and Wellness in Dallas. I help women of all ages restore their health by supporting the mind and body through personalized Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. I am passion about using an integrative approach to the menopause transition to allow each and every woman under my care to experience with ease and understanding the changes in their body and mind. I also address other conditions such as PMS, irregular menses, fertility issues, thyroid imbalances, headache/migraines, seasonal allergies, digestive issues, anxiety/depression, body aches and pain.

I was shaped by family, community, and wise Jegna's who insisted on integrity and results. Losing my sister young showed me what happens when care chases symptoms instead of terrain. In my clinic we intervene early, before a molehill becomes a mountain, and we pair nature with science so progress is real and measurable.

Sometimes the right move is acupuncture or targeted electrical work. Sometimes it is sunlight, grounding, target journaling, or speaking the truth your body has been holding. Each tool has a time. The person determines the method.

I am a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in the State of Maine. I grew up in South Portland, and after finishing my education in California I returned home to Maine to raise my daughter and provide healthcare to my community. I love treating: women's health including hormonal imbalances, fertility and pregnancy, I also treat a lot of patients with chronic and acute pain, and emotional problems like depression and anxiety.
