She has 13 years of clinical experience working at Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and another 15 years of clinical experience in North York acupuncture clinic in Toronto. Sylvia Bognar, L. Ac., MSOM is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. Her first acupuncture treatment in 2009 was a life changing experience which triggered her desire to learn more about her newly found passion.

Lisa Blake practices using both Chinese and Japanese style acupuncture as well as Chinese Herbs. She received her Masters of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture and is nationally Board certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Lisa is also certified in Auricular Acupuncture through the Auriculotherapy Certification Institute, Inc. Lisa studied Biology and Chemistry to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and also has a Master of Business Administration from Averett University.
Prior to attending acupuncture school Lisa worked for almost 20 years in the Federal Reserve System, and during that time realized that she wanted to spend her time working in a profession that could touch more people’s lives in a way that they could really appreciate.
