Cathy’s journey in the healing arts began at the tender age of 9, exploring martial arts such as Wing Chun Kung Fu, Qigong, and Tai Chi. This early fascination with body mechanics and movement naturally led her into a career in holistic therapies.

Her Shiatsu journey began in 2014 at the Shiatsu College Hastings, where she graduated in 2017 as the youngest practitioner in her cohort. Cathy’s practice is rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and she continuously expands her knowledge to provide the best care for her clients.

In 2020, Cathy founded Nixon Acupuncture, Shiatsu & Qigong in Rugby, Warwickshire—a tranquil studio offering personalized treatments that combine ancient wisdom with modern techniques.

Dr. Mike is a board certified Acupuncture Physician who serves the greater Orlando area. He received his license from Florida State Board of Acupuncture and eventually earned The Master of Auricular Medicine Certificate from Dr. Li Chun Huang "The Queen of Auricular Medicine". He's been helping Orlando residents with acute and chronic pain and stress related health problems since 2006. After his six-year career as an acupuncturist in Orlando, Dr. Mike decided it was time for a change and moved to the middle-east, where he was offered a teaching position at the Traditional Medicine University. Xin Zhang Zeck, M.S., L.Ac, is a licensed Acupuncturist who was born into a family of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, Xin has been classically trained in traditional Chinese acupuncture (TCM), Japanese Kiiko Style acupuncture (KM), Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM) as well as in Chinese Herbal medicine formulation.
Born and raised in China, Xin graduated college with a degree in Broadcasting and went on to host a highly popular Chinese television show that addressed health and education.
Upon arriving in America, Xin continued her postgraduate studies in Manhattan at the Tri-state College of Acupuncture where she obtained her master of Acupuncture Degree and Chinese Herbal program.
Xin has since obtained training and certificates in Oncological Acupuncture from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and is extensively trained in Cosmetic Acupuncture, Fertility Acupuncture, Pediatric Acupuncture and Pain Management.
