Cathy’s journey in the healing arts began at the tender age of 9, exploring martial arts such as Wing Chun Kung Fu, Qigong, and Tai Chi. This early fascination with body mechanics and movement naturally led her into a career in holistic therapies.
Her Shiatsu journey began in 2014 at the Shiatsu College Hastings, where she graduated in 2017 as the youngest practitioner in her cohort. I attended Southwest Acupuncture College in Albuquerque, NM, attaining a master of science degree in oriental medicine that includes training in acupuncture and Chinese herbs. He worked as an MD overseas for many years.
