She has training in Taoist and Chinese styles of acupuncture as well as Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, and qi gong. Liz has recently gotten additional training in Namdrudipad's Allergy Elimination Techniques (NAET). Liz believes in the power of the body to heal itself and that acupuncture is an excellent way to facilitate our own health.
