Licensed Acupuncturist and Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine
Autumn graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College with a Masters of Oriental Medicine. She is certified as a Diplomate of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, as well as a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Colorado and a member of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado. She is also a Nationally Certified Chinese Herbalist. Autumn is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine along with the Balance Method taught by Dr. Richard Tan, which is very effective in treating pain. Her training included more than 3,000 hours of education and over 1,000 hours of clinical practice.
Autumn also studied in China and received a certificate from the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Hospital located in Harbin, China. She studied in inpatient and outpatient departments such as Pediatric, OB/GYN, Rehabilitation, Orthopedic, Dermatology, Tuina, Cardiovascular and Neurology.
Autumn chose acupuncture because she values treating the body as a whole, treating each patient as an individual and treating the root of her patient’s problems. She strongly believes in the benefit of preventative medicine and the importance of keeping her patients in balance.
Before finishing her masters, Autumn graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Human Services and worked as a social worker.

Abigail obtained her Bachelors of Science from the University of Maine. She continued on to earn her Masters in Acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture. Abigail is trained in both Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles, Orthopedic acupuncture, and Shakuju. With this range of treatment styles, she is able to meet a broad range of patient needs. Whether you have a stubborn musculoskeletal complaint, or are overcome with anxiety, whether you are a seasoned acupuncture patient or are terrified of needles, she will be able to offer you a variety of treatment plan options (even non-insertive techniques!).

With a passion for further education, Abigail is currently working towards her Masters of Science in Pain Research, Education, and Policy through Tufts University School of Medicine. Using Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle modification, and her Western medical training, Abigail supports the release and management of both physical and emotional pain.

My goal is to help you achieve optimum health and wellness. Having evolved over thousands of years, Acupuncture is one of the oldest continually practiced medical modalities in the world. Acupuncture is used to prevent and treat disease, relieve pain, balance mood, enhance performance, increase fertility, and improve overall health and wellness.

My personal belief and experience is that each and every person can heal naturally - our body wants to be healthy, pain free and full of life! Here, the setting is a medical practice located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan; it has a clean and crisp decor with a spa-like atmosphere making you feel comfortable and at ease the moment you walk in. Each patient is given one-on-one attention in a private room to get the best care possible.

Once your care is complete, you will leave feeling relaxed and invigorated while your body continues the process of healing even after your treatment.

As an acupuncturist, I provide more than just acupuncture. I like to use my hands and cupping when muscles and tendons are sore or injured.
